SIA

SIA is an academic information system that handle all processes that related to every academic activity in a tertier education organization, started since a college students is doing the reregistration, and ended when the students was graduated or being expelled by the university.

For the comfort of handling all of the academic processes, Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) has used SIA since 2003. SIA that been used in ITB itself has been through some development and adjustment to fit theITB academic policy that keep on changing.

Some of the main functions that has been implemented in SIA are:

  • Registration of the new college students
  • Reregistration of the college students
  • Graduating Process
  • Developing and Adjustment of the Curriculum

The Extra Benefits of SIA

Developed by using two kinds of platform which is web-based platform and desktop-based platform, SIA makes it easy for the developer to adapt and use it easily, or even to develop it further.
